We have distributed 5 and 20 litre jar packaged drinking water complete plant in 4 steps:-
(1) filtration and other equipments:-

this include the filtration equipments and machineries the raw water is passed throw reverse osmosis plant, which can filter any kind of water into pure drinking water, then the water is ozonized and stored in stainless steel tank after that water is passed throw uv system which disinfect bacteria’s and viruses. Then it is passed throw post micron filter which removes suspended particles.

(2) jar rinsing and filling unit :-

this include jar washing machine for disinfection of 5 and 20litre jar. We give jar filling station used to fill and cap the jars.

• hot and cold water inner jar rinsing machine.

• jar filling and capping station.

(3) laboratories. (chemical and microbiology) :-

we supply laboratories as per is standards to check water samples for chemical and microbiological impurities present in the water jar before despatch.

(4) documentation and licenses :-

we make and procure documents as per is standards where we provide free consultation to obtain bis license as per is 14543.
